Refund policy

We will accept returns within 7 days after receiving the product.

・Products that have been delivered for one week
・Opened products
・Products that are soiled or damaged after delivery
・Other: Items that have a statement on each product page stating that returns cannot be accepted.

[About return shipping costs]

Returns due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer. If the item is defective, we will bear the cost.

●In the following cases, we will not charge shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
(1) If the product is damaged from the beginning or during transportation.
(2) If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
In these cases, please contact us within one week after receiving the product.
We will take responsibility and take immediate action.
●For returns due to customer circumstances other than those listed above, the return shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
●For exchanges due to customer circumstances other than those listed above, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
****If you return an item that we paid for shipping, our shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
